Today was quiz day, whoop, and I actually enjoy it
quite a bit. But today after my first drink of cider
and black a random wave came over me and mission
was to get drunk. I mean quite drunk.
I’m quite drunk at the moment being that it’s the
end of the night and I have consumed at least six
shots of sambuca and also two and a half pints of
cider and black.
I’m actually drunk whilst writing this post and whilst
I am not so so drunk that I can’t use the keyboard
properly. I am drunk enough to know that my behavior
due to this ‘wave’ wasn’t normal. For one I was doing most
of the drinking at the bar and I also sat away from the group
which is unlike me, ah well, it’ll pass before the morning
comes. And now to reply to monster’s comment.

I’ve been meaning to write this post for some
time now, and the thing is, ut’s not lack of
inspiration thats stopping me from writing,
it’s the fact that I needed to be able to convey
But the fact that I was being so picky led to me
not saying anything. And not saying anything
can sometimes be worse than not saying anything
at all. Sometimes.
Well, here we are I have moved to Wales to live
with my friend Tabitha and four other people,
all of which I have gotten along with amazingly.
It has been so great these past few days, it all
seems new but at the same time familiar. Ah
well, haha, at the moment I’m at a girly
sleepover. And it’s jokes, drinking games
unabound. So yeah, top fun. :]
I actually had some higher hopes for this post
but can’t think of a great way to structure it,
So instead of saying nothing, I said something.
It’s my Jessops leaving do on Sunday.
Having it at the Laughing Buddha in
Bexleyheath. And you know what I am
gonna get completely wasted. I’m not
being funny either.
I haven’t drank a drop of alcohol since about the
29th of May this year. So as Simpson said,
“If there’s an excuse to drink, then your own
leaving do has got to be one of them”
And she’s right. So if you get a random text
or phone call from me on Sunday night, best
to ignore it :]

My view on valentines may be slightly
askew, this is because all my valentines
have been spent single. This does not
necessarily mean alone. Just single.
And this is it. I think Valentines Day is
great. Seriously. Romantics like myself
are in our element on this day.
I like the idea that for one day of the
year there are couples out there trying
to make that evening perfect for the
other person in their life. Not only
that, the most important person in
Running all over the place trying to
make things just right. It’s great.
This year [or the ones before] you
may have noticed your male friends
turn to romantic mush for their
Even I got stuck at work writing love
notes and poems for the girls I work
with. Not my best work, but they
seemed to like them. I was doing that
for most of my day at work yesterday
and then after work I went to the
pub with my mate Andrew it was
an alright day in general.
And even though it does remind one
on how single they actually are. I
don’t get annoyed, I actually get
cheerful. Love is awesome. A day to
solidify that fact keeps the hope alive.
Quite a few people stare blankly when
Valentines is mentioned many saying
that they have not truly experienced
anything that could be described as
love. Or that what they thought was
love at the time really wasn’t.
Thing is, I’ve been in love a few times
before, and if what I felt wasn’t love
then love would probably be more
powerful than I’d be able to take.

So tonight I was on the cab home
[or rather in] and we were going
along, me drunkenly in the back
and the cab driver [obviously]
in the front seat telling me
about a previous passenger that
had annoyed him.
At this point we were at some
lights that had been red [albeit
only for a few seconds] where
I had to ask him to stop talking.
As rude as that was, it had to
done. Because, at those red
lights I came across something
Everything was still.
Everything was perfectly still.
This may not seem to be anything
of great astoundment to anybody
but you probably don’t understand
truly what I mean. Nothing was
moving, at all. There were no people
walking down the street, there were no
cars anywhere nearby and there was
I looked upon the scene laid out
before me, strangely calmed by it.
Nothing would be moving, It’s
seemed eerily beautiful. And the
funny thing is that I know I haven’t
conveyed it in a way you will
understand, oh well. I’ll just try and
remember it for myself.
